Awesome coach in great condition on the F53 chassis. Has not been smoked in or lived in. Does not have any odors.
We purchased used in 2018 with 6000 miles on it. Has been across the country 3 1/2 times plus side trips to Yellowstone, Montana, and other short trips. We've had many memories in it and have no planned trips for next couple of summers. We plan to downsize to Class -C when the time comes to get another RV.
Has seat belts in the dinnette as well as the sofa for a total of 4 plus the 2 front captain chairs.
Kitchen has a residential 22 CU refrigerator, a 3-burner stove with oven, and a combo microwave/convection oven. It has dual kitchen sink. Has a pantry with 4 pull out drawers.
For climate control there are front and rear roof air conditioners/heat pumps, a propane furnace, a fantastic fan and an electric fire place in the lving area. If you run out or propane you can still heat the coach.
Bathroom is spacious with corner shower, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet and linen clostet.
Bedroom has large wardrobe for all your clothes.
Unit has a TV in the bedroom, one in the living area, and an outside TV.
The bathroom and refrigerator are both accessible without having to open the slideouts.
Has day/night pull down roller blinds in all windows. Windshield has an electric powered shadench.
Is complete with 4-way leveling from inside. Unit has backup camera as well as side view cameras.
The pass-through storage compartment has a pull out tray for easier access to items.
The Onan 5500 generator rarely used with just 321 hours on it. Works great at Rest Areas to be able to use the microwave when stopped for lunch.
Has exterior connection for propane grill which is low pressure. A grill is with the unit.
Both slides have slidout toppers helping to keep the water and debris off the sideouts
It's setup to flat tow a vehicle.
Front tires were replaced in 2022 and have 5000 miles on them. The coach battery and all 4 house batteries were replaced in 2022. The right side slideout topper was replaced in 2023.
Has heavy duty front and rear Roadmaster sway bars and a Safe-T-Plus Steering Control Assembly which has cut down the swaying and helped with steering.
Items with visible wear and tear are the 2 captain chairs which we have covers on them. There are no holes but the leather is deteriorating in spots (see photos). Also the exterior paint above the windshield, where it is slanted, shows signs of the paint coating coming off (see photo).
