This 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun 310BH is perfect for large families or those who want a lot of space with only 33ft length. It is easy to drive and will feel like driving a minivan after the first trip! The oil was just changed in Fall 2023 and all new tires put on in Fall 2022 with less than 1k miles driven since then. There are seatbelts for 6 people in the back in addition to the front passenger seat. Our four kids are just in too many programs and sports for us to be able to travel right now, though I did hold out hope over the winter that we’d make it to explore somewhere.
Sleeping options include a queen bed in the back bedroom with locking pocket door, full size fold out sofa under a fold down top bunk in the hallway, another full size fold down sofa in the front across from a twin size fold down dinette space, and finally a queen size bed over the driver’s cab.
Entertainment options include a new Phillips smart tv on a swing arm for the living/dining area, a Furrion tv with dvd player in the hallway for the bunk beds, and a new Insignia tv in an outdoor compartment that is perfect for playing Just Dance.
Essentials include a spacious kitchen with 3-burner stove with storage drawer below, microwave with storage cabinet to the left, double sink with above storage cabinets, and the largest fridge that was put in this model! A full bathroom with updated sink faucet, toilet replaced last year, clean rarely used shower, medicine cabinet above counter, additional cabinet to the right of shower, and storage below the sink. There are also spacious storage compartments outside.
The master bedroom has a full wardrobe in the slide out, plenty of space to walk around the bed, two nightstands with drawers, overhead cabinets, and the second AC unit in case you go to Texas!
