Selling our much loved family RV. This 22R started its life in Southern California before moving up to the Bay Area of California. Both areas were mild and dry climates. Our family used the RV for weekend trips and a few longer trips to the West Coast parks. I have done numerous upgrades over the years (see below) and last year we put on new tires, house batteries, coach batteries, replaced the DVD player and of course, the usual maintenance. All maintenance has been performed per the manufacturer service schedule. This RV is turn-key and ready for the next owner to have a great time exploring.

The rig has just over 25,400 miles. It's never been loaned, borrowed, or rented out. It lived in our driveway until last year when we moved to North Carolina where it currently stays in covered storage. The generator has about 132 hours. It has been exercised regularly and serviced per the manual.

There are a few dings on the coach hood from a hailstorm in Badlands National Park last summer, and a small ding in the driver door. List price takes this into consideration.
