I bought this thinking we'd use this a lot more. It's in new condition beside one minor blemish on the bedroom slide surround on the exterior (I beleive the dealer did this - see picture). I had googled that Sherman Williams can match the color, and may repair this myself. It has been used 4 times with under 2000 miles in total on the unit since bought new. I'm not sure what the different is with this rig, but compared to the Grand Design and Thor 5th wheels I have owned (which were smaller) this one towes a lot more comfortablly, granted it's in no way small. I towed with a 2017 Diesel F250, and while close to the tongue limit it still felt good.

Lots of options. From the factory it came with these options on top of the base, the unit was spec this way: Exterior Decor - Montana: Glacier, Residential Living Package, Montana Four Season Living Package, Modern Maple Edition. Decor - Montana 2022: Cottage White, 2" Accessory Hitch, TPMS Sensors, 6 Point Hydraulic Auto Leveling, Solar Flex 400i, Refrigerator - Residential - 18 cf.

I added a rear view wireless camera with dedicated screen powered by the 12v lighter. I also had a Splendide WDV2200XCD Combo Washer/Dryer installed which is vented.

I purchased a Good Sam extended warranty that is good until 8/28/27 which can be transferred to the new owner. This would make me a lot more comfortable when buying a used camper (granted it's been barely used). Also, I'd rather not buy one at the dealer after my last three expericnes as they were absolutely horrible. I have taken this unit to the dealer for all repairs (I can get all the ROs) and have done all the maintence including packing the bearing (often overlooked) so she's ready to go. Conditioned garage stored with rodent control surronding the structure inside and out. If you don't want any of the items I added they can be removed and lower the price accordingly. I also have a new cover in the box that hasn't been used as the unit was stored indoors but may cover her up as it's outside for people to view. Just washed and waxed the entire unit.
