3 Slide Outs, 2 Awnings, Sleeps 4, Dual A/C Units, Auto Leveling. Living area has Beauflor flooring, mcd blackout roller shades throughout and central vac. Along one side of the fifth wheel there is a slide with a free-standing table and chairs, and a set of new Lazy Boy Rocker Recliners. On the opposite side of the living/kitchen area the slide has an entertainment center with a 50” LCD TV and a fireplace, kitchen area with residential refrigerator with water and ice on the door. This slide also features a range, oven, drawers, an overhead convection microwave with a huge full size pantry to include slide drawers and a peninsula with Corian countertop and large stainless steel undermount kitchen sink. There is a fantastic fan w/rain sensor in kitchen. Running the width of the fifth wheel in the rear you will find a sofa which turns into Queen Bed. Next to the entrance there is a handy coat closet. Step up the stairs, and round the corner to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has a sink, medicine cabinet, residential walk-in shower, porcelain toilet, and large linen closet for your towels or toiletries. The bedroom offers the 2nd AC and is quite spacious compared to others and has the King bed. Hallway has a wardrobe and a washer/dryer combo. Across from the bed there is a 4-drawer dresser, and a 40” LED TV. Along the front is a huge wardrobe offering storage and shelves.

Outside are 2 awnings and 2 awning shade screens. 6-point hydraulic auto level and stabilizer system, gel coat fiberglass, aluminum wheels, oversize pass through, heated underbelly, roto flex hitch and has the latest rear and side marker camera system, new roof and decking done by dealer in 2020 due to a roof leak, new carpet in slide from same leak repair, new tires in 2021. Small dent passenger side near rear, see last photo (can possibly be tapped out or I have a new panel).
