I am including everything you need to camp right away plus more.
Camper comes with all hoses and hook-up items, leveler pads, outdoor grill, rearview camera & monitor, xchock wheel chocks, TVs in living area and bedroom.
This camper has 40gal fresh water tank, 40 gallon black tank and (3) -40 gallon grey tanks.
It has an upgraded 50 amp electrical hook-up because of the 2 AC units, (2) batteries, (2) 20 gal proppane tanks, power tongue jack and awing with LED lights.
I also added LED lights under the camper for when awing lights are too bright.
Camper has water pump with winterization connection and blck tank flush. Low point drains with valves on the hot and cold water lines.
