It's been a great traveling companion for the last 4 years, covering over half of our 50 states, but now we want something a little larger for more months on the road. We purchased this in March 2020 here in Ft Myers area. It had 3,000 miles and just been traded in by the orignal owner who found the Diesel Pusher they wanted. STORAGE, FULL SIZE FRIDGE, PANTRY, MEGA DINETTE, KING BED & WALK-IN CLOSET, 85" SOFA, are why we loved this unit at first sight! Overhead cabinets all around the cab, living/ dining room, behind the 40" TV & kitchen. Storage under kit/double sink, dinette seats, steps and couch. Cabinets above the bed & in the bath. OUTSIDE THERE ARE 9 STORAGE COMPARTMENTS (104 cu ft), plus 20 gal LP tank and Generator. On top are 2- 15,000 BTU A/C with HEAT PUMPS, a Gas Furnace, 50" TV, DVD player, mini fridge. 19' Power Awning, with 2 more over the slides. 50 AMP service, but you can operate with 30 if necessary. AUTOMATIC HYDRALIC LEVELERS, 76 gal grey water & 38 gal blk. Wiring for towing car or trailer with 5000 lb hitch. Back up Camera, King Jack TV antenna, Ext cable jack, and too many other items to list here. We have the literature and discriptions from the manufacturer. We upgraded the motor housing with additional insulation making our drive much cooler and quiter. We upgraded to a JVC radio that also plays music from a CD, your phone or device and upgraded speakers under the seat which we also enjoy in the evenings. We installed a 6 plug charging strip by the MEGA dining table that is 40 X 42 inches which is a fabulous work area when needed. The entire Dinette is 90 X 48 and can seat 6 with 2 folding chairs. Plumbing & Elec are setup for a washer & dryer in the closet. A 32" TV is in the Bedroom. There is some storage under the bed. The Pantry is floor to ceiling and interior is 18" wide. There is a drawer under the fridge for pots & pans. The stove is 3 burner with an oven. There is a microwave above the stove. There are 3 drawers between the oven & the sink. Back splash around sinks, kit/bath. The Ford V10 is great with 320HP and 6 speed transmission tows a car or trailer upto 5,000# without struggeling.
