Original owners are selling our 2021 Surveyor Legend after several years of wonderful service as we downsize and move on to overland truck camping. This well-maintained trailer is Pennsylvania inspected (Feb 2024) and in excellent condition. The trailer has served us flawlessly traveling both long haul and local area trips.

The trailer features multiple upgrades to include:
- Suburban on-demand hot water heater
- Renogy 12V 40A DC to DC on-board battery charger;
- custom-built outdoor kitchen with an induction cook-top;
- Furrion Vision S 7" wireless rear-view parking/driving camera;
- clothing storage cabinet doors with gas struts and led lighting;
- multi-media smart TV;
- awning topper over the slide out; and,
- Fantastic Fan with remote in bedroom.

Surveyor Legends come stock from the factory with many nice amenities but several standout features drove our decision making process to pick this particular model to include:
- aluminum framing offering better structural integrity over time;
- no-maintenance PVC roofing material;
- good-sized bathroom with porcelain toilet and lots storage;
- large living room/galley area;
- large Polar 10DC 12 volt compressor fridge/freezer;
- well-designed bedroom with lots of storage; and lastly,
- the ability to access the bathroom, kitchen, pantry, fridge, and bedroom with the slide fully in (critical when you need a bathroom break in the middle of nowhere and/or staying overnight at a Cracker Barrel).

As for how this trailer handles the road, hauling it with our F250 is a dream (dry 5313 lbs / gross 7590 lbs) and the rear-view backup camera also serves as a rear-view mirror providing real-time awareness of what’s going on behind you as you drive. We are including our Equal-i-zer sway control hitch system with the trailer.

The only issue we experienced over the past three years was not a fault of the trailer but rather occurred when we lost a tread on the driver-side stock rear tire on a hot Arizona highway which caused minor damage repaired by a professional RV repair shop and Pennsylvania state inspection center. The only indication the incident ever occurred is the metal skirting is slightly wrinkled where the tire tread came off. The trailer now sports four new Goodyear Endurance all season radial tires (ST205/75R15) purchased in 2023.
