This virtually brand new trailer’s streamlined intuitive design makes camping easy and comfortable. The queen bed has a memory foam topper, and the master bedroom has a sliding door to offer privacy and noise reduction if your kids stay up late playing games at the dining room table or watching dvds on the couch.

The spacious bunk beds have new memory foam matresses and are equipped with wrap around curtains for privacy.

The couch and dining room table convert into beds. Making the camper suitable for 6-8 people.

The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure and an adjustable/removable sprayer.
Many storage spaces accommodate luggage, food, and other items. Shelves at the entrance for shoes

• Compartment under the queen bed.
• Large space under the bunk beds.
• Compartment accessible from the outside where camp chairs are kept along with extension cords, hoses, and other tools and maintenance items are kept, but there is still room for fishing poles, deflated inter tubes.

Fridge/freezer is solar powered, so long as you keep the camper in the sun, it will not pull power from the battery.

If connected to electric hook ups, the AC will keep you cool and the microwave will work. Without hook ups, you’ll need a generator.

The heat can be electric or gas.

There is an electric powered awning on the side of the camper that works well to create shade or shelter from rain.

We are a smoke free family, we do not have a dog, and we live in a very dry climate, so there is no mold or wierd odors in the trailer.

We have rented this trailer out many times, and we include a binder with instructions about how virtually everything in the trailer works. It will be helpful to you as the new owner.

Wear and tear:
There is a puncture in the front exterior of the trailer. It was patched with flex tape quickly after it happened so no moisture could get in. It is a visable blemish, but does not cause any funtional problems.

The decals on the front of the trailer have peeled off due to sun exposure. It causes no funtional problems.
