This trailer is 6 years , still smells like new , trip to florida and all the rest very local in Pa

Still great shape , no leaks , no soft spots in floor , in really nice ! Only minor issue is a small tear in awning
Looking to sell so we can upgrade to a little bigger since we outgrew it.
