Notes About the Camper: Only camped in for one season. Will be coming with pretty much everything needed to go camping including but not limited to, hoses, electric cord and adapter, surge protecter, water pressure regulator, leveling blocks, wheel stabiliziers, back up camera, sewer hoses, tire pressure monitoring system, phone app leveling device, blue ox weight distribution hitch, large outside mat, various kitchen utensils/appliances, etc.

There is a slight scuff/indent on the front top right of the camper. Someone's rain gutter on their camper touched ours while in storage. Dealership stated the damage is cosmetic only.

A couple of the interior blinds are damaged as you can see in the pictures. The damage was caused by one of our dogs.

The queen size bed has an upgraded matress that we purchased on Amazon. A mounted TV was added to the master bedroom as well.

The camper has a solar panel on the roof that helps keep the battery topped off. It is not strong enough to run the fridge for days on end but it is perfect for turning on the day before leaving and during transportation.

The camper is currently winterized and in storage but I am happy to take interested parties to see it in person. The camper is located in Robesonia, PA.

The camper currently has a loan on it so the initial sale will have to take place at a bank to obtain the Title.
