We purchased our Palazzo at the Hershey RV show from General RV. We took possession of it in Canton, Ohio on 10/27/22. We left for Webster, Florida in early November parking at Oak Alley RV for the winter and leaving to return home to Pennsylvania in late March. During the 2023 summer, we traveled back to Canton to have the booth recovered to match the sofa bed. Because we had asked General to exchange the two chairs that came with the coach for a sofa bed, they had promised to recover the booth to match. We’ve always liked the Indiana RV area, so in June, we traveled to the Thor factory in Indiana to have some cosmetic issues addressed. For example, these issues were addressed: rubber tread at the entry door, one new drawer handle, left side nightstand…For the time we spend at home in Pennsylvania, we store our RV in our pole building. In early November 2023, we returned to Webster, Florida for the winter. We have Route 66 Classic Plus Coverage beginning 8/4/23 and lasting for 5 years. This coverage is transferable to the new owner for a $50 fee provided they contact Route 66 within 30 days of purchase. See photo. As our second coach, we had everything we wanted: a bath and a half, a washer/dryer, a sofa bed and bunk, and a fireplace. Unfortunately, because my health inhibits my caring for the coach the way I am used to, we feel we would like to sell. We had hoped to use the coach for many years instead of less than a year’s use as we have. This coach has an extra bed over the driver/passinger seats!!!
