The 38K is the best layout of any RV in the class. It is accomodating and comfortable. It includes two lavs, a washer/dryer, 4 televisions, and a fireplace.

This particular RV is well-taken care of. When not in use, it is stored in a air-conditioned garage. We have recently completed chassis maintenance and had everything checked. No concerns and everything is working well. Additionally, within the past year we have replaced one A/C unit and a water pump.

The only visible issues are some scratches on the body and some light wear in the interior.

The RV comes with DVD/Blu-Ray player, home theater sound, two DishTV receivers, and wiring for StarLink.

We have title in hand and are ready to sell.
