2016 Livin'Lite 21 RBS All aluminum construction . The roof is made of a single  piece of aluminum . The trailer frame and floor is solid aluminum. The walls are sanwiched  aluminum and styrofoam insulation. The cabinets are made of Azdel material. That means no wood to rot and no metal to rust. This camper will last for generations.
The camper has an electric tongue jack. The tires are new Carlisle radials with only 2000 miles on them.
The trailer has been  professionally painted by a well known commercial paint shop. A $3,000 value.
Inside there is a queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress. There is a new leather sofa that turns into a bed for two. The slide out operates smoothly that really opens up the interior space.  The television is 32" and is connected to the am/fm , cd dvd player. For cooking you have the two burner stove and the microwave / convection oven combination. The refrigerator operates on gas or electric. It has a good sized freezer. The furnace has an upgraded thermostat and will keep you warm and toasty. The water heater runs off of electric or propane. The shower has the oxygenatic shower head.
This rig weighs in at 3,350 lbs. with a hitch weight of only 420. I will include the weight distribution hitch and a portable dump tank. It is easily towed with a half ton truck.  Being 7 ft wide it can be towed without extended mirrors. All the necessary connections such as water,  sewer hoses and power cords are included. Everything is in working order and ready to go. This trailer has never been smoked in.
