Every now and then, we get merchandise that is unexpectedly nice. This is one of those times. It's a 2021 that looks, inside and out, to be only a few months old. 

Either the previous owner used it very little, or it was never used at all. That's how nice it is!

Plus, the materials quality is a definite step up from many trailers we see. Even the under floor storage area is completely finished with textured paint and flooring tiles (most of these are bare wood). 

The doors for the master bedroom and the bathroom are on hanging rollers, so they don't run into things when you open or close them.

Speaking of the bathroom, it's huge for a trailer this size! 

One of the exceptional features of this Heartland is a very intelligent interior layout...it seems way bigger and more inviting than you would expect in a trailer of this size!

It also come with some features you might not expect. This Heartland has a powered awning and powered stabilizers. It has two propane tanks, so you don't have to fill up as often. Or, you can relax in the outdoors that much longer.

It has two TV's...a refrigerator that is bigger than you might expect ...there is both a conventional oven and a microwave...there's even a retractable screen across the entry way to keep pets or small children from wandering away.

There are even LED lights over the hitch area to make attaching / detaching from your towing vehicle easier in darkness!

All of the electrical controls are located together and are very convenient to access.
