Fantastic camper. We have a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teenager) and we are comfortable in this camper. Fully self contained, great for boondocking. Solar on the roof, 30 amp service. Towable by any half ton truck and many SUVs. Everything works, 120/12v fridge (non-propane fridge). No leaks, always winterized in the fall BEFORE the weather turned. Kept at my home on asphalt. Not stored in the grass or under trees.

I'm not hurting to sell it, we just aren't in a position to use it very often. We bought it cash before the covid price hikes so I'm not looking to get rich selling it. Flexible on the price - especially for a quick sale!

This is a fully "turn-key" setup - hitch to hoses. Power cable with an extension cable, chocks, leveling ramps, fresh and black water hoses, and an extra dump hose new in the box.

There is not a gaping hole under the bed, that's where I have the drawer pulled out so buyers can see the water works and verify there are no leaks. I also keep that drawer out during the winter so I can look in to check on it easy.
