Trailer is in good shape. A/C and furnace works well. Tires and trim replaced this spring. Electric jack added this summer. The only items that need repair are the under awning LED lights and the cover on the LP tanks is missing. The fridge works on either LP or electric. There are no leaks and the trailer has been maintained yearly. The water heater has electric heat and LP heat. There is a wayer pump TV and a multi use DVD CD radio. The only thing I dont lke is the murphy bed. We chsnged the mattress to a Zinus foam mattress which made sleeping much better than the glorified gym mat that came with the trailer. All the appliances work.The trailer is relatively light for its size and is easy to tow. It has an anti sway bar for the hitch. There are also electric brakes. The roof hatches were replaced. We have had this trailer since new and now that we are retired we want something larger.
