Listing my Keystone Outback 324CG for what I owe on it. Current listings are 12-15k over my listing price, due to some repairs that will have to be made.

Upgrades made: extra AC Unit; Upgraded Kitchen sink and theater seating recliners.

Repairs/ Maintenance needed: Kitchen slide out will need to be repaired- a branch fell on it and poked a hole. It was sealed up, but the top and wood layer underneath will need to be repaired to get it back to new. Valve blew in the toilet and water was flowing for a few weeks while I was out of town. I have the replacement valve- still needs to be installed. The floor between the bathroom and cabinet across from the bathroom door has gotten soft. A good portion of the floor will have to be gone through and repaired. Needs a new Carbon Monoxide detector. Ventahood doesn't work any more. I'm assuming it needs a new unit since the fuse is good.
Needs a new canopy.

Everything else works as new. Unit has been well maintained, just needs repairs/ maintenance listed above to get it back to perfect, which is why it's listed over 10k less than what it currently sells for. It's currently stored under cover at Harrisburg East Campground and Storage. Comes with Heated Hose and 50amp Power cable.

My plan was to make the repairs myself and keep it, but willing to let it go for what I owe. I don't need to get rid of it, so don't bother lowballing an already more than fair number. Serious inquiries only. I'm available most weekends to show it.
