Just inspected June of 2023. New Slide toppers installed in July 2023. New tires last summer with about 500 miles on them. Theater setting with heated/messaging seats. Fireplace and new Splendide washer/dryer combo that was installed last year which works great. Unit is really really nice. Sleeps 10 people. Warranty works great with only a $50.00 deductible. RV is 40 foot long. Call for a super deal. Need to sell ASAP.
