Average value on JD Power/NADA is $38,100. Comes with washer/dryer combo ready to go and an extra AC. Plenty of updates during the time we owned it including various seals, new awning, new outdoor speakers, replaced all carpet with stick down laminate flooring, painted all interior white, extra (lockable) storage under the master bed, kitchen faucet, lighting, master bath mirror/shower curtain, clear skylight, vent guards to protect from elements, along with a few updates/upgrades to electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems. I can explain just about anything and everything on this rig, so if you have any questions i promise i won’t give you the “i have no idea, you’ll have to get with a mechanic” answer. I have a few more pics that i wasn’t able to post (due to the max amount), so if you’d like to see more detail just let me know. Selling due to moving and can’t take the rig.
