This unit is in excellent condition for being used, has been well taken care of.
no leaks, hitch added that hold a max of 300lbs was used for generator rack and haul two bicycles. Spare tire holder under front of camper. Roof cleaned and inspected yearly. Rear camera for traveling and come with a tire monitoring system. This was used 5 weeks out of the year. This year hit a pothole causing bent axles, both have been replaced and upsized along with new springs from 4 leaf to 5 leaf springs. Comes with two TV's and everything you new to go camping sewer,electric,TV cables,misc supplies, blocks,tools has electronic leveler and the blocks to go with it makes setup easy. Complete with blue ox hitch and sway bars. Must see to appreciate!!
