Outdoor kitchen with sink and 2nd fridge, brand new propane grill was never used and can be put back into outdoor kitchen area (currently in front storage). 2 air conditioning units keep it hot even in 90 plus degree summer days.

TV and electric fireplace in the living area, as well as TV in the main bedroom.

Upgraded shower head, new skylights, upgraded mattress pads on main queen bed, and lower queen bunk bed.

This unit has been used as a seasonal camper only for the past 4 years and served our family very well. There is some sticker wear on the exteriorm but otherwise this unit is in great shape with no issues. It has never once had a pest issue. Winterization has always been managed very well.
