This is a well kept unit. there is no musty smells, stains or tears on seat cushions or mattress, no mold or mildew or cracks in the shower stall in the bathroom, no tears or scrapes on the floor. it has 6 very new tires on it, they have less than 5k miles on them.
it has a brand new awning. the HD-V6 engine averages 10-12 mpg. the body is in near mint condition, no dings or dents on it. there was damage from voles chewing on the wiring, but that has been fixed by a reputable fleet repair company and has worked well when we took a long distance trip this last july. it comes with wheel and window covers, also a complete winter cover for colder times. there is no peeling decals or dull finishes on the body. it has an average size refrigerator and freezer, a 2 burner propane stovetop, and a power vent with light, it also comes with a microwave and 2 tv's, 1 inside and another cleverly stashed away outside .
the generator is a onan 4k watt which powers the ac while boondocking. there is ample storage inside and out, including a bedroom closet and a small food pantry. every system works as well as it should. the water pump, generator, awning, propane furnace are all fully functionable. all engine service work oil changes and lube has been done promptly and when needed.
the suggested price is listed at 68.9k, but am selling at 59.999.00. am open to some price adjustment as well. i can also do a video cell phone call if more info and visuals are needed.
