My RV is in great condition and well maintained. The RV mileage only 32,680 miles and you can use it for many years of camping and traveling. A new Carefree patio awning was installed in June 2023. There is a new tire and the other five tires have only 6,600 miles of use. Eight people can sleep in the RV. The two-person master bedroom is private with a queen bed and plenty of storage. There is a two-person sleeping area above the drivers area. Two people can sleep on the pull-out sofa, and two children can sleep in the kitchen area. There is a standalone shower stall which is separate from the toilet and sink area. The RV can be used year-round and includes central air conditioning and heat. The rear storage compartment has 3 access doors with storage across the width of the RV. There is plenty of room for chairs, BBQ stoves, tables, carpets, towing equipment, and inflatables. .
