We are only the second owners of this rv. We've owned it for over 8 years and it has always been well maintained and kept under a shed unless we were on a trip. It has upgraded 16" wheels and upgraded tires. We added a in-house permanent Progressive Industries EMS and surge protector. Equipped with AC, Water heater runs on choice of propane or electricity as does the refigerator/freezer. Propane kitchen range and furnace. Built in AM/FM/CD, microwave, ceiling fan. A bumper gas grill is also included. It has upgraded faucets and smart tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We added the built-in day bed/sofa in the front which folds up for travel. Tinted windows and reflectix for windows. Propane furnace, kitchen stove with oven, dual fuel refrigerator. Everything works. Has Goose-neck hook-up. Great RV, 30 ft.
