This low mileage 2013 Thor Motor Coach - A.C.E. EVO 30.1 Class A comes with numerous features and is very spacious. It has two tip outs (kitchen and master bedroom). There is a lot of storage internally and externally. Front and rear hydraulic levelers make set up a breeze.
Open the door and the entry step auto extends as you step into an RV that has all the comforts of home. In the stair entrance is a coat and broom closet along with an electronic control panel. The cab consists of two comfortable swivel seats with arm rests. There is a table to install between the cab seats along with a pullout table in front of the passenger seat. The kitchen area, with tip out, has beautiful maple colored cabinets with good storage. There is plenty of seating at the wrap around dining table. The TV can be viewed either from the table or couch area. There is a three-burner stove with an oven and overhead vent. A microwave, sink and counter complete the kitchen prep area. A separate shower and separate bathroom/sink area make for easy sharing of these facilities. The bathroom also comes with a nice linen closet. The master bedroom, with a queen bed tip out and plenty of cabinets and drawers, is in the rear of the motor home with its own TV. A private bedroom sliding door is available for privacy. Additional bedding is available with an electric fold away double sized bed above the cab, and with a fold out couch and dining table area, you'll easily sleep 8. A neat feature is a pull-out pet feeding drawer. When it’s hot, you will easily cool the RV with the 13,500 BTU air conditioner. Everything is operational and ready for you to enjoy.
The exterior sports a huge 14 foot automatic awning. There is an outside shower in one of the compartments to get sand off the feet. The roof ladder gives easy access to the roof. A 5,000 lb. rear hitch makes pulling your vehicle or favorite toys possible. Battery power converter and Cummins Onan RV QG 4000 generator give you all the backup you will need. The backup camera makes pulling in much easier. There are front and rear hydraulic brakes, and this RV is mechanically sound! In addition, there is a cover for the RV. This 2013 RV does show some wear on the driver’s seat leg area and the exterior needs some buffing and decal replacement. I have adjusted the price down to reflect these touch ups.
