Brand new tires in 2019- has less than 20 miles. Awning will need replaced as it has started to dry rot on the ends. Camper has not been used in two years but everything worked as of 2021 when it was winterized. Fireplace blower will need replaced. Fireplace still lights but does not blow heat. King size bed. Couch pulls out to bed. Roof will need resealed. I have all supplies to reseal the roof and will include in the sale. Very clean/Smoke free/pet free. Winterized every winter and is currently still winterized. Some cosmetic issues. Being sold as is. Selling only because I’m not using it like it deserves to be used. Not currently inspected. You must haul as I have no means to haul anymore.
