We are the original owners and purchased it 4/2021. Clean and clear Title in hand. Inspection sticker expires 4/2024. There were two manufacturers recalls and both were corrected.  One for cabinet hardware and the other for the spare tire carrier. The roof was recently cleaned and new lap sealent applied. Queen mattress was upgraded with two medium firm aftermarket supportive mattresses. Dinette bottom cushions were upgraded to a firm foam to allow extended sitting comfort. Trailer was always protected with a cover in winter and the cover comes with it. Original manuals included. All appilances are in working order. Weight Distribution hitch is included. We towed it with a F150 which was very easy to tow. We used it about 2 to 3 times per summer.   Thank you.
