Three slides, bunk house, closet and hook ups for cloths washer. Master bed faces east/west.
Outdoor shower, hot water tank is electric and/or gas, but it gets the water so hot I never used the gas with it.
The awning motor needs replaced. I reduced the price to accommodate a replacement.
Propane/electric fridge in kitchen and electric 110 fridge in outdoor kitchen. Nice closet in master. Includes a cover. Was delivered to this property and hasn’t moved since. Title in hand.
