We purchased this from a reputable resale RV dealer. It is SO clean and ready to go.
We only used it once and then for personal reasons are unable to use it. Wish we could, we love it.
It is fully loaded, bath with separate shower, toilet and sink; kitchen has double sink, 3 burner stove and OVEN, microwave and large refrigerator. Queen bed with topper (used once), single on dinette dropdown. Satellite and cable tv, stereo with in/out speakers, cd and dvd. Air conditioned, great heater. Double propane tanks included. I have organizers and cleaners, all hoses and hookups included. Outdoor shower and solar ready.
It easily can be self sufficient, boondocking ready.
