For your consideration, I have a very lightly used, well- maintained 35 ft RV that was purchased slightly more than a year ago for significantly more than my listed price. The unit was purchased at a local dealer to serve as my residence while I was building my home. It was used as my residence for a few months and has not been used at all for the last year.
