This travel trailer is a one owner. 

Let’s do a walkthrough from back to front. The bunk house sleeps a total of 5 people. (2) On the top bunk / (2) on the couch bed and (1) above the couch bed. TV included in bunk house. The Dinette table coverts into a full length bed that fits (2) people. The main bedroom has a queen bed that was upgraded to a foam mattress. Now onto the main cabin. The original couch was moved from the main cabin to the bunk house and a new couch was purchased to include recliners for a more comfortable feel. Outside the RV tour. There are 3 slide outs one for the bunk house, one for the kitchen and one on the couch and dinette. The outside grill that came with the RV is unused and is included. There are awnings over each slide out to keep the leaves off the top of the slide outs.
Maintenance:
The original tires were replaced so that the RV was protected with better tires that would last longer. Tires were installed with TPMS. Tire monitor is included for extra security.
Wheel bearings were replaced and packed with grease. Roof has been washed after each trip and checked for any wear.

Table clothes, outside carpet, shoe racks, bar refrigerator.
Leveling: (Leveling blocks, chocks, X chocks for between the wheels, (2) anti shake supports)
Septic supplies: (hose, attachments ex.)
Water hook up: (regulator, hose and filter)
Electrical: 50 & 30 amp surge protector.
Hitch: Equal-i-zer weight distribution w/ 4 point sway control.
Stairs: These were upgraded to Torklift Glowstep Revolution. (These stairs are game changer for walking in and out)
