This is a one owner, well maintained trailer. Everything seen in the pics are included with the sale. ALOT of extras come with. The Weber grill and two tables that fit perfectly under the bunks, as well as the ottoman, large outside mat with its own bag, 25ft and 50ft no kink water hoses, stair supports, various sewer attachments and hoses, tv cable, Anderson levelers, X-chocks, surge protector, extra electrical cord, Level Mate Pro for perfect level every time, and JT Strong Arms on all 4 corners for super solid support for barely any movement of the camper. I also have installed a Tire pressure monitoring system which gives peace of mind while driving.
4 new Carlisle Trail HD tires were installed last year and previously, upgraded axles, heavier leaf springs and MORryde CRE3000 suspension system and wet bolts.
I also upgraded the outside kitchen. The burners included were not good, so I reconfigured and now allow for an ice maker, etc. I’ve included a outside gas stove as well. I also installed clear windows with thin shades on both doors as well as screen handles and plexi glass on the lower screen for protection.
All the inside vents have been replaced as well with adjustable ones to help equally distribute the heat and AC. Outside vent covers were installed too as well as a slide cover.
Power jack was flipped side ways for easy tailgate lowering and installed a chain/hitch supply mount.
A Reese Straight Line Weight Distribution Hitch is included as well.
We have all neutral color bedding that we can include as well if interested. I can send pics at a later time.
Everything on the exterior is usually armor alled, but we had alot of rain recently and it was washed off. Just waxed it last month.
My family and I are getting out of camping for awhile. Time for the next set of great memories. Thanks for looking.
