- 2011 Heartland Bighorn 3610 RE, original owner but due to sitting since 2016 issues have arisen with roof, floor and other areas. All repairable to someone whom has the time and drive to make it whole again. Should take a couple weekends and under 10K
- Caught leaks before it really damaged floors, removed damaged plywood and have materials to make repairs
- pictures show majority of issues, have exterior lower panels for any damaged aluminum.
- needs all Re caulking
- needs new roof
- floor area to be patched in large slide, 30" x 30" patch
- I was going to use the pergo style floor over all the areas that are being redone, obviously the best and nicest option for these time.
- certainly will explain more to serious interested buyers and will be dead honest in what it needs. I don't have the time nor desire to use anymore and will just become worse with time.
- I lived out of the trailer from 2012 through 2015 and treated it like my home, cleaned every week
- washer and dryer
- new TV's and inverter
- Cheap underbelly was Removed and installed aluminum panels with extra insulation, tank heaters (never plugged in)
- Have new 5th wheel hitches and top of the line aluminum gooseneck hitch for sale separate above trailer sale
- Have new satilite system for extra cost to trailer sale
- basically in a nut shell a fixer upper that someone can enjoy for many years to come.
