Has almost 40k miles.
Located in Cleveland, TN.  I put it in storage June 25th.
The engine misfires especially on a cold start.
The roof is in good condition. 
All 6 tires were replaced 6 months ago at Discount Tire.
The exterior is in good condition but decals are in sad shape.
Brakes work good but they have never, ever been changed.
The interior rug was recently replaced.
Jackknife sofa is brand new.
3 burner gas stove works and is in great shape.
Kitchen sink is in great condition.
Dometic refrigerator and freezer work well. 
Microwave/convection oven works- it is new but needs the rotating plate that goes inside.
Bathroom shower has a little tub that a toddler might like.
Toilet is in pretty good condition but it is used.
Bathroom sink is the typical tiny sink with some counter space and a mirror cabinet.  Bathroom is in good condition.
Black and gray holding tanks work.
The propane tank has always worked but just to be safe, I recommend getting it inspected. 
Hot water heater works but needs there is a rod that needs to be replaced.  Hot water heater has not been used in a year.
Automatic steps for entry work intermittently.  I tied them up to prevent them from moving while driving.  The motor might need to be replaced or a wire might be bad - not sure why the steps are not reliable.
Propane heater works well. 
A/c works well
I lived in this trailer from 2005 until 2022 and it's been to TX, TN, FL, NY, MA, MN, DC, MD, VA, NC, GA and states in between.  I bought a house and now the BTouring Cruiser is no longer used enough to keep it from aging quick.  So want to sell it before it sits much longer. 
The slide out works but needs a new auxiliary battery or needs to be hooked up to electric.  Auxiliary battery died in the heat. 
Engine battery is good and starts right up. 
Onan Generator included but has not been started in a long time.
