State inspection passed and 4 new tires in October 2022. Very comfortable. Moveable leather swinging recliner. Replaced gas detector in 2021. Two 30# propane tanks. Front and rear stabilizers for when parked. Load leveling hitch attachment included. New skylight vent caps with vent covers. King size bed with sheets in bedroom slide, living room slide has dining table and 4 chairs as well as a leather sofa. The outside gas grill has never been used, the kitchen oven has not been used either.
