Great floor plan with lots of storage and a kitchen island. Rarely used and In very good condition with no leaks. Everything works, including all three slideouts. Tires replaced December of 2021 and kept covered. Awning replaced in May 2023, as well as fresh-air fan over kitchen. Solar panel to keep battery charged installed several years ago. Decals are faded and missing from front cap. Dining room table has some scratches. One window leak several years ago was repaired with caulking. We are downsizing to a 30 ft travel trailer.
