Purchased new, single family owned. No accidents, no concerns- clean title/VIN.

Low mileage- only 8,745miles.
Tenorite (charcoal) gray exterior; lighter grey/onyx wood interior.
The 70X layout has 2 captains chairs behind driver's/passenger seats; 2 front seats rotate to face the back and to accomodate dining around a (removable) table. Including driver, can seat 7 (driver, front passenger, 2 captains chairs, 3 on rear bench).
Captains chairs can be removed for more storage (like to accommodate a dog crate for travel).
Full bathroom with shower (never used).
Full galley kitchen with convection oven/microwave, fridge, 3 burner stove.
Has the ability to run gas grill off of the back with exterior connection to propane tank.
Water heater. Has exterior spray/shower (with hot water option) for cleaning gear.
TV/dvd entertainment in rear- kids frequently played their nintendo en route.

Side screen door to keep bugs out and breeze flowing.
Rear bench seat lays flat as a queen bed (uses table top to fully extend as bed).

We have slept 4 with 3 on the bed, 1 across the front. I've also seen options for bunk-type cots that attach to the front seats for kids.
The table stores behind bench. Ample gear storage space all along upper interior and closet next to bathroom.
I added extra luggage rack bars on top to accommodate a cargo box (but could also carry bikes, kayaks, etc).
Has removable latter for accessing top of the rig.

New AC unit (just replaced under warranty).
