This 35' Class A is perfect for anyone working remotely while traveling. Booth seating has been converted into a desk with 2 file cabinets. Would also be great for home schooling. Office area can easily be converted back to an eating area with table and chairs, Bunk area is currently being used as a closet with the top bunk lowered but can easily be lifted to create 2 bunk beds. There is an overhead bunk above the driver's area which lowers into a full size bed. A stereo system in the bedroom feeds music to indoor and/or outside speakers. There is also an exterior TV for watching football games with your friends!
New items include tires, house batteries in April, 2022. 43" Samsung TV in February, 2023. New awning April, 2023 and power recliners May, 2023. The captain's chairs swivel and we use the table between them as our eating area when not eating outside. As with most RV's, the captains chairs are peeling but can be recovered. Includes awnings over both slideouts, 2 ducted AC's and a 5,500 watt generator with 298 hours. Automatic leveling makes set up a breeze! Included in the price is a Blu-Ox towbar and Brake Buddy braking system. We have really enjoyed our motorhome but due to health issues we have decided to pursue other activities.
