Purchased from meticulous owner in Tennessee. Note the full manual w/ all the spec sheets in binder w/ sheet protectors. Never in snow or salt. Stored in conditioned warehouse when not in use. Everything you need for comfortable traveling. My wife are sad to sell but expanding the family so just not practial for us. Many of the everyday items can be included if desired as we had it set up very well and pretty "cute" by her standards. Very comfortable bed! Hear and air work great. Cold Fridge . No complaints at all about this camper! Will poosibly consider selling 2003 F250 7.3 diesel as it is a perfect fit for this and is all set up for it. Inquire if interested. Couple of flaws (see pictures)
- Poor design on bathroom floor led to crack in floor pan. Been caulked but not 100%. No shower, only used toilet for nightime #1. No #2 ever.
- Small damage to bathroom door from storage tub coming lose and falling into it
