Price is Firm as we have a loan and need to pay it off. Baby on the way!

If you need a lender I can send you info. 2008 Tiffin's are still financeable for 240 months with many lenders.

We were going to get the annual service completed and then drive to Alaska. That is how confident I am in this coach.

Safe T Plus Stabilizer (Google it if you don't know, also an amazing upgrade. Safer and smoother lane changes, more stable in high winds, more stable when trucks pass)
House Batteries 3/22

Note:
We were not comfortable on the jack knife sofa so I got on the waiting list for a matching Dutchboy Recliner upgrade for ~$3,000. We have to sell so I had to cancel. I added the Thomas Payne reclining sofa 11/22 while we were waiting.

Tires:
I was planning on replacing this summer. Current set work just fine, I would drive them anywhere but they are 2016's.
If you need new tires in your loan I can set up a time to have them replaced with your choice of brand. I personally would go with Toyo. You will have to add the expense of the new tires to the price. ~$3k

Towing:
Air Force One setup on the coach in 2022. Awesome setup, highly recommend. I am not including the tow bar etc. The air force one components for your vehicle are easily available and I can explain it if you need more info. Google is your friend. Towing Capacity 10k lbs. We towed a Tahoe and it worked great.

Interior:
The interior is in fantastic shape. My wife loves how nice it is compared to the dozens we looked at for over a year searching.
Windshield professionally replaced 2020.
Annual Service: Last Service was 9/22. Next service scheduled June 20th Lebanon RV. Service Generator and chassis, grease points etc and I will have a detailed receipt for you for whatever they do.

There is a satellite dish but I have never tried to use it.
