Sleeps 8 and weighs 7000 lbs unladen with title. This was a very well kept and hardly used camper that once had very minimal hail damage. Everything was fixed by an engineer and all systems are working. There has never been any leaks and there are no soft spots in ceiling, walls, or floor. The systems are reliable and easy to start. Although this camper has some years, it has very little miles and therefore no rust underneath. The inside looks immaculate for this age trailer. Literally, over the past 7 years it sat at a secured campground and was used 1-2 weekends per year. Every year the water system was drained and freeze protected. I will personally support you as you get setup and teach you how to run all the systems if needed. Currently, it is parked on the street in Pittston and IT IS AVAILABLE, so please don't ask. I also have a professionally made deck available as shown in the pics, which I will throw in for free if you pick it up (truck and multiple people required due to weight/size). This is a light enough trailer to tow with my 3.8L V8 Silverado 1500!. It does have trailer brakes and 4-yr tires with full tread (less than 30 miles). Extended Wi-Fi antennae and repeater are also available. Many other outdoor fishing and camping items can be negotiated for inclusion.
