We purchased this travel trailer in 2019 new from RV Value Mart in Lancaster, PA, and had it delivered to a seasonal site at a local campground near Carlisle, PA, where it has remained for the past 4 years. We did not tow this camper at all. Camper is in excellent condition The outside kitchen has a two burner range, a sink, and a refrigerator. You will also enjoy the shade that the 17' electric awning provides along with the built-in LED light strip to light up summer nights.

In the combined kitchen and living area can easily accommodate guests with the fold down sofa-bed, and a 75" x 42" dinette which can be used as seating space during the day and at night easily convert this area into additional sleeping space. Your kids will enjoy the rear bunkhouse which has two bunks, a 75" dinette, and an entertainment center. The master bedroom comes with an upgraded memory foam residential queen sized bed. The XTRM™ Ply PVC Roofing System has a 15 year warranty. (Dogs not included.)

The price listed is just for the camper, however we are also selling our 2018 Yamaha Drive 2 golf cart with new batteries (2022). The price for the camper with golf cart is $33,500.
