Description

This well-maintained unit has been stored inside and not driven much in the winter or on salty roads. Everything works and is in good over-all condition with no leaks or issues like most RVs in this price range. It originally had 4 with bunk beds and we repurposed the 2 top bunks for storage, but they could be converted back to a 3 or 4 bunk configuration if desired. The 2 bunks have comfortable upgraded custom mattresses that are in excellent condition with only adult use. The front pillow top twin mattress over the cab sleeps awesome and is only 4 years old, there is also a jackknife sofa that converts to a bed, same with the dinette.

This unit does not have slide outs, we feel this is actually a plus on because there's never going to be a problem with a slide getting stuck or jammed in or out, the floor plan was designed to function well without a slide so you can just pull into your camp space and enjoy. There are plenty of custom touches and upgrades, the beautiful full body professional paint job with painted mural and clear coat cost $9500. It also has upgraded suspension components ($5000), and the front and rear brakes were replaced about 10,000 miles ago at a cost of about $4000, tires are in good condition. It also has a custom-built spare tire carrier that accommodates 2 complete spares underneath. There is 1 maintenance-free chassis battery and 2 AMG Optima deep cycle house batteries, over-all this is a very smooth and enjoyable vehicle to camp in and drive.

There's lots of cargo space below, and plenty of cabinets and storage space inside. We added 2 electric fantastic fans, having these makes a huge difference with adjustable settings for moving air while sleeping, there's also an exhaust fan in bathroom and the 4 large bunk windows provide plenty or fresh air. The generator, shower, toilet, air-conditioning, etc. all work good, the refrigerator/freezer automatically switches from electric to propane. The water heater was replaced about 5 years ago, there is also a Arctic winter package that keeps the holding tanks from freezing during winter travel that we have never used.

We hold clear title and would be able to walk you threw operations ect. Please e-mail/text for more pictures/details, or if you would like to see it in person ~
you will not be disappointed. ***NO interested in any type of consignment arrangement***
