This trailer is excellent shape, but isn't without a couple of things to know up-front:

• The electric motor in the tongue jack needs to be looked at -- it only powers the downward motion, upward must be done with the included wrench for now.
• Screens: Four of the internal window screens need to be repaired. A squirrel thought it would be fun to join us one evening and he chewed a couple of the window screens.
• **All known issues are accounted for in the asking price.
