Motivated Seller call today! We purchased in May 2021 and removed the super sofa and repaced it with recliners and dinnette as seen in pictures. Also removed bunk house sofa, have oversized twin matteress in upper bunk. Upgraded king bed matteress. The outside front awning has a six inch rip due to wind that has been fully taped. The maintenance has always been completed. Overall condition is as seen in attched pictures. We are a full-time family that is upgrading and have enjoyed this camper for the past two years.
