2014 Fox Mountain 325-RKS 
If you don’t already know, Northwood is one of the best and highest quality, true four seasons campers made in the USA. Manufactured only in Oregon, the custom make each trailer frame for each trailer, they consider weight and balance, as well as durability and function.  The floor plan of this unit is the best out there for a small family or couple who really enjoy time in the camper. It’s incredibly well insulated, I’ve personally endured -15F with sustained winds with no freezing pipes. 

This unit has been lovingly maintained and stored inside a storage unit for the majority of the time I have owned it. Purchased in summer of 2016 in Castle rock Co, it was lived in it full time for 18 months, then I took a position overseas. From that point it spent 9 months per year inside an enclosed storage unit here in southeast Kentucky. 
November 2022 I took it to a local RV dealer to have all of the exterior sealant placed, as I figured after 8 years it would be best to have it done before any leaks developed. The camper is in overall excellent shape. I like to think i take excellent care of my belongings, and have taken care of this camper with a lot of pride. However, after this many years there are two issues with the unit, the pleather couch is starting to show some age by peeling, and one piece of trim in the bedroom has come off. 

The roof has been serviced every year. 

Tires have approximately 2000 miles and have either been covered or inside storage. 

1 battery needs replaced

As far as i know, there are no issues with this unit.
Prppane heat and A/C (15,000btu) 
The fridge, and oven/cooktop are original 
Gas DSI Water heater has a new anode this year. 
Propane regulator and hoses were replaced this year
4 tires replaced in 2020
