Very clean camper. Everything works on it except I removed the awning vinyl and have not replaced it because the awning vinyl company sent me the wrong size. The pop outs have some wear, and one of the drop down stabilizer feet has been removed because it was broken. I replaced the power converter, all of the weatherstripping, and vent cover gaskets. I removed the front pop out and built a sturdier internal frame for it. You wouldn't know it though because I put everything back together just like it was(better than it was actually). I just resealed the roof even though it didn’t leak. Has dual propane tanks, deep cycle battery, and both 110 and 220 power capability. It has AC and a furnace, and an outdoor shower outlet. I also have a weight distributing hitch that I will throw in with this.
