Hard to find, desirable side entrance floor plan for a diesel pusher. Newer vinyl flooring was put throughout. It has dual furnaces and a 32 " flat screen tv which is cable ready. The kitchen has ample storage with a pull out pantry, propane stove top and and an almost new microwave/convection oven unit. There is also a bar. The refrigerator runs on either gas or electric. Propane Generac generator, 50 gallon gray tank, 40 gallon black tank, independent air suspension, automatic transmission with push button drive. AC and furnace are ducted throughout, with a celing fan in the bedroom. The sleeper couch, both captains chairs, and the recliner are all upholstered in soft leather. The drivers seat has electric seat adjustments and the passenger captains seat can swivel completely around to use the built in desk.
New in the last two years:
Updated wiring and new relay board, new inverter, air brake compressor rebuild, 4 new tires (2 new front tires, 2 new back duallys), new exhaust fan in the main living area as well as, all new house batteries. This has been a great family RV for two retirees. Comfortable for long trips as well as for those short stays close to home. It has been winterized and garage stored every winter. It has been garage stored the last two years. If we could, we would continue to use this RV, however, health concerns have necessitated the sale.
