Description

2009 Fleetwood Bounder 38P - 58,349 miles, 3 slideouts. Open floorplan - spacious up front with both slides out. Large kitchen area and larger style fridge. Originally there were opposing couches, and we took one out and replaced a desk by the kitchen counter - great for a working remote desk - or adding space to the kitchen - we put a portable dishwasher there which was great for keeping the dishes clean (can include in the sale). Last summer we put about 5k miles on the RV, visiting every state on the eastern seaboard down to Key West, and up to Acadia in Maine. This is a very comfortable RV for camping, and does pretty well driving with our TOAD (Mini Cooper). Overall great RV.

Pros:
Dash AC blows cold
September inspection
Recent slide maintenance
New brakes 5k miles ago (rotors/calipers/pads to the tune of $4k)
Huge inside with the slides out
Four nice Samsung TVs - setup for DirecTV - although we only use the bedroom one with a Roku stick, and have a Roku TV on the table for better viewing
New king size foam mattress - super comfy
Porcelain Toilet in separate room - mich nicer than standard RV toilets
10 Gal Water heater - plenty of hot water for showers and cooking
Electric shade on the front window
Auto leveling jacks
6k lb hitch - although we only tow a 2700lb car.
Catstrap to help prevent catalytic converter theft

Minor issues:
-Rear AC works great - but front doesn't cool that well in 95+ degrees. Worked great in Maine - not as well in Florida. If you go north you should be fine, if you go south, consider replacing front AC
-The fridge also has challenges keeping super cold in 95+ degree weather, but was fine going north.
-Awning needs help to go back in - motor struggles a bit. We rarely use it anyway.
-Drivers side cargo door has temporary screws to hold it on - my intent was to permananty fix it with rivets - but it has been fine since Florida so I haven't worried about it.
-The radio doesn't work - I have been meaning to find a Magnadyne replacement unit on ebay (M1-CD) but we just use a bluetooth speaker and stream music.
-Carpet has some stains, so needs a good deep cleaning. Cabinets have some wear and tear as well
-Tires starting to show some minor cracking - at some point will need to be replaced.

Overall a great RV - we used it to travel where we wanted to go. Current retail value is over $50k for this unit with the Ford Chassis, so since the RV does have a few minor issues - we are offering at $37,500 or best offer.
